Use of this website constitutes Agreement to these Terms of Use. This site, www.sunrise-web-hosting.com, is an online site provided by Sunrise Web Hosting. The primary purpose of the site is to describe the hosting service offered by Sunrise Web Hosting and to offer people a chance to sign up for the hosting service. Access to and use of www.sunrise-web-hosting.com is governed by these Terms of Use.

Indemnity You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sunrise Web Hosting, including all employees and associates, from and against all claims, actions or demands, liabilities settlements, including without limitation, reasonable legal accounting fees, alleged to result from your use of the site, Sunrise Web Hosting's services or your violation of this Agreement.
